This project was unique in that this company spanned 3 different companies, with over 25 stakeholders. I managed the project successfully, as well as helped to develop the site in HTML and javascript. The major challenges were in managing different perspecitves from each country as it applied to the sensitive topic of long term care, as well as in maintaining client satisfaction, despite many different opinions and sensitivities. I also successfully trained the client on how to maintain the site with Macromedia Dreamweaver..
