Blast was a 2 CD set sold in stores, as an interactive fitness
CD ROM for your computer. Users could customize workouts, keep
track of progress, and obtain information about exercise. There
were educational components to this CD as well. The CD was developed
in Director, and (for the time) used advanced programming to
deliver fitness video clips dynamically synchronized to music
tracks.
